Register now for the Summit on Atopic Dermatitis

Registration is open for the inaugural Summit on Atopic Dermatitis. This new virtual educational opportunity from the organizers of the Skin Spectrum Summit will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. EDT. There is no charge to attend this event.

The conference seeks to address an unmet need for education on the incidence of and latest therapies for atopic dermatitis (AD) among dermatologists and general practitioners.

Co-chairs Dr. Marissa Joseph and Dr. Neil Shear will lead an in-depth discussion on the diagnosis, treatment, and therapies for AD in Canada.

Dr. Joseph is the Medical Director of the Ricky Kanee Schachter Dermatology Centre at Women’s College Hospital in Toronto.

Dr. Shear was Head of Dermatology at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and is Professor Emeritus at the University of Toronto. After retiring from active practice in June 2021, Dr. Shear continues to provide mentorship and education in dermatology.

Meeting highlights will include an emphasis on the diagnosis of AD in dark skin tones, information on allergy testing, and a session on challenging cases. A representative from the Eczema Society of Canada will provide resources for patient and caregiver support.

Some of the event faculty include Dr. Michele Ramien, Dr. Zainab Abdurrahman, Dr. Danielle Marcoux, Dr. Yvette Miller-Monthrope, and Dr. Rachel Netahe Asiniwasis.

Register now at no cost for access, and join us live at 10:00 a.m. EDT on Saturday, April 23 for in-depth Q&A with our faculty. Registered delegates will also have access to recordings of the Summit.
