Study finds skin disease prurigo nodularis is often overlooked


A new study has found that prurigo nodularis (PN) may be more common than previously thought, but is often overlooked due to more serious comorbid conditions.

The study, titled “Real-world prevalence of PN and burden of associated diseases,” was published online ahead of print in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology.
