Ethnodermatology.com, the online portal for Skin Spectrum™ Quarterly: The Journal of Ethnodermatology,™ is now live.

In an increasingly interconnected world, the practice of dermatology demands a nuanced understanding of skin conditions across all populations. Traditional dermatologic education and research have historically focused on Caucasian skin, leading to significant gaps in knowledge and disparities in care for individuals with skin of color and diverse ethnic backgrounds. Recognizing this critical need, Chronicle Information Resources Ltd. is proud to introduce the online portal for Skin Spectrum™ Quarterly: The Journal of Ethnodermatology™ (available at skinspectrum.co and ethnodermatology.com).

This portal serves as a vital resource for international dermatologists, offering timely publication and dissemination of original research, comprehensive reviews, and insightful clinical observations specifically pertaining to dermatologic issues across all ethnicities. Our particular emphasis lies in addressing the unique challenges and presentations of skin conditions in patients with skin of color.

The site will serve as the online host and access point for all peer-reviewed articles published in Skin Spectrum™ Quarterly: The Journal of Ethnodermatology,™ as well as a means for physicians and other healthcare professionals to access select articles before they are published in print.

We invite the submission of original research, review articles, clinical observations and case studies, and expert commentaries. Please reach out to Skin Spectrum Quarterly at health@chronicle.org

Please check the site regularly for new content and features as they are introduced throughout the remainder of the year.
